Friendly and attentive staff! They really want you to get the full best experience possible. The decor is so beautiful and the asian fusion cocktails were extremely yummy as well! Highly recommend for a night out.

I hosted a party with JADE and received excellent service by the staff who helped plan it. They were communicative, friendly, and the event was a success overall. The venue is both intimate and spacious, and the drinks were excellent! I look forward to future events here.

The ambiance here has a cozy, café-like feel, with an intimate atmosphere and a fantastic music selection. It's the perfect spot for evening drinks. My favorite bartender is Yvonne—her vibrant personality always lifts the mood and adds so much to the experience. The drink menu is full of unique options… Look Mam (earthy cocktail that hits home) that’s a must-try. The place feels incredibly homey, just look at their choice of cups. Happy Hour 🍻: 6-8 P.M. Recommended; chinatown ginger sling, dragon den, peachy river, house shots, & truffle fries.

had a private event with Jade and the whole process was smooth and enjoyable. the whole team of bartenders and event staff were so pleasant and the place has the best vibes/atmosphere. drinks are reasonably priced and yummy. 10/10!!

This is my favorite bar. Bartenders are super knowledgeable and friendly (not to mention, all super hot??). This place has a sexy lounge vibe and would be a sweet date spot. Cocktails are well priced and there’s a decent selection of beer as well. Located right next to the M and J trains!

Very rude bartender who was impatient and unhelpful despite the bar being practically empty. Was a patron, but definitely have had my last rounds here. If you see a short curly haired woman with glasses behind the bar — LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. Save your night and your good vibes for somewhere else!

as I began to tell a bartender that the other bartender had a beer in the freezer for me, they looked at me like I was stupid and said "what do u want, just tell me what u want". Then came back, put an empty glass in front of me and walked away, not to serve someone else but to do sidework. Never been spoken to so rudely in my life by a bartender so I walked out. got a free beer and a scolding by homely service person, just another day in nyc =)

Loved the vibes and interior! We ordered the Chrysanthemum Collins, Passion Express, and Sticky Situation (not pictured). The drinks tasted great, not too strong and the flavors were amazing. We also ordered the Mala Fries, Peking Duck Spring Rolls, and Fried Wontons. The food was really delicious and I recommend all the dishes we tried. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Definitely coming back here again!

Wow a hidden gem in the LES is an absolute must-visit! The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, making it the perfect spot for a night out. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure you have a great time. The highlight, of course, is their Asian fusion cocktail drinks. Each drink is a masterpiece, with unique flavors and beautiful presentations. We had a great time and will be back! Note: to make reservations on Fridays and Saturdays as they get packed!!

I’ve been here any times but the bartender on Sunday night on may 5th was extremely rude. I’m not sure if it’s because I was black or because I was younger but she was the single rudest bartender I’ve ever experienced and changed the way u perceive jade in general. I asked simple questions about the menu and she acted like I was beating her first child. she ruined my night when I’ve had many good nights here. I’ll never come again thanks to her.

Stubbled by this place with a friend. Great drinks and great food. Very friendly staff and the menu looks like a Chinese martial arts book which I think is awesome. Definitely a place worth coming to for drinks.

Been there before, but today was special: I was coming back from a grocery haul and the roll up door was open for deliveries. I thought it was just open, so I went inside, being a rare day off and it being new years I wanted to have a drink during my afternoon before organizing my kitchen. Jade (the owner) served me a beer and we had a brief conversation while they were prepping for New Year’s Eve. They weren’t open technically, but had a lovely time there, and just having a drink was great. After I finished my beer, I was kicked out so Jade could finish prep, but it was a nice time to decompress with the last few hours of my winter vacation on a quiet day. Liked going in the few other times I’ve been, but this experience made me write this review. I wouldn’t expect this every time you go in, much of this was a surprise to me (didn’t realize they weren’t open when I went in, and didn’t know I was having a conversation with the owner until I was done), but this is a great jem off the myrtle-Broadway stop. Thanks Jade, will be back soon!

In short, a dump of a dive bar. There are plenty of dive bars in the area that are better. This place is shabby, small, and the drinks aren’t much to sniff at; not to mention they’re a little over priced. They have these ‘creative’ drink menus items that seem redundant with the physical state of this dive bar. It’s only saving grace is that it’s near a train station and has a decent pizza shop next door. The staff are friendly enough.

Highly recommend having your birthday here! They are super accommodating and helpful with every step. AND you can make your own birthday cocktail. 10/10 will be doing again.

I was a guest at the hotel for two nights along with my guy and his parents. We decided to have a cocktail and conversation in the hotel bar before retiring for the night. We first started in the rose bar but, that experience was a nightmare (see my other review) so, we sat in a window seat and ordered cocktails at the Jade Bar. I had the bellini and all of the cocktails looked beautiful. It was a little noisy in this bar because the noise was carrying over from the other bar since there is only a velvet curtain to divide the two spaces. The cocktail was delicious that I had but, they were also very pricey. It's been a long time since I paid $75.00 plus tip for 4 drinks. We charged it to the room and added a tip. Upon check out I reviewed the charges on the itemized bill and everything was charged correctly. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here just on a normal evening to have a cocktail but, it is warm and romantic and would be a great date night place. Of course if you are staying in the hotel it's really convenient.

Quite sad experience. The interiors are lovely but the service is horrible. Very rude staff and floor is disgusting like stepping in gum.
