The epitome of must have neighborhood bar! Have lived in Chelsea for three years and recommend to anyone who comes to town. G, Dean and Kendra will make you feel like family as soon as you step in the front door! I didn’t think this place could get any better and then they expanded - the small cozy bar grew to include the space next door , elevating the entire experience! More space, more people, more room for fun and good vibes. A must come if you are in the Chelsea area!

A Fantastic Spot in Chelsea! I recently visited Crown Ally in Chelsea, and I was thoroughly impressed! The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with a great selection of drinks and delicious food. Exceptional Service! The service was top-notch, thanks to the friendly and attentive staff. Special shoutout to G, the bartender, who was knowledgeable, charming, and made excellent drink recommendations. G's enthusiasm and expertise really added to the overall vibe. If you're looking for a great spot in Chelsea, Crown Ally is definitely worth a visit. The combination of excellent service, great drinks, and delicious food makes it a standout. We'll definitely be back!

This is my favorite happy hour in the city!! The drinks are great and the food is very delicious. Can’t forget about the $1 oysters which are always fresh. My go-to is the Mexican mule.

Great bar to get one drink or hang out through the evening. I am a regular here and am always happy with everything about the place. The service is great, cocktails are tasty (and inexpensive) and the vibe is very casual.

One of my favorite bars in New York! I have been coming here for a few years because the staff are wonderful and the atmosphere is amazing. I also had my first date with my partner here and naturally wanted to propose here as well. The owner and staff were unbelievably accommodating, helpful and responsive. Thank you to the crown alley team for your help! You guys helped make a really special moment in our lives. All that aside, the drink selection is amazing and the bartenders are always friendly and efficient.

I got recommended to come here and I can't wait to come back. Drinks are delicious, and the popcorn was amazing! Kendra gave great service and was very attentive. Girshel made wonderful drinks. The atmosphere was very cozy. I highly recommend bringing your friends here for a great time.

Cool little bar with a good atmosphere and decent happy hour. Oysters are tasty. Could a used a cracked but that's just a personal preference. Certainly fresh and the balsamic with red onion was awesome....so good I wasn't able to get a photo of them 😆

5 star service is for the person who usually tends to us at happy hour. A new favorite spot with great happy hour cocktails and the best homemade chips I’ve had.

great place to hangout with friends for a drink after work - gets PACKED - and for good reason, 4-7 daily 1$ oysters and $5 drafts, great ambience great service good times. definitely recommend the mezcal margarita v good

The first time I came here for happy hour was pretty fun so I had to come back for a second experience. The happy hour is exceptional with so many drink options to choose from and if you love $1 oysters fresh and shucked to perfection, this is a place to check out. Also, shout out to the bartender, Keenan! He knows what he is doing! Highly recommend. Go check it out!

We had a company party in their new space. Everyone loved the food, great cocktails, wonderful service, and atmosphere. Did I mention the fresh, delicious oysters? Crown Alley is a GEM! They also have great vegan options.

Visited here initially to sample the Guinness, which was rumored to be one of the best in town. Indeed it's a top notch pint and have since been back many times. The food menu is another highlight. It's an unassuming spot off on a side street which adds to the charm. Good low-key ambiance and always friendly bartenders.

(Brit abroad here) Lovely little bolt hole pub. Happy hour is true to its name, good strength beer/cocktails at wallet pleasing pricing. The atmosphere was lively, but In the good way! Highly recommend for a quality pint or two....or three +a dark and stormy

i've been to some of the best cocktail bars in the world, and this is by far the most outstanding place for drinks in nyc. in love with our most fantastic bartender Kienan, immaculate vibes, delicious mixes and the most relaxing interior. 100% recommend 🤍

Crown Alley is hands down one of my favorite spots! The drinks are amazing, affordable, and always hit the spot. The food is so yummy—if you come here, you have to try the Devils on Horseback! I bring everyone I know because the vibes are perfect, the servers are so friendly, and the whole place is just so cute. It’s the kind of spot you’ll keep coming back to!

My friend and I were looking for a cool place for Happy Hour, we came across Crown Alley and we were not disappointed! Lively atmosphere, tasty drinks and delicious food! The home made potato chips and sour cream were really good as was the delicious kale salad with salmon. All that was topped by our server, Kendra. She was delightful, courteous and personable, a real gem. We'll definitely be back!
